The products are an expression of the specific territory of Refrontolo:
the grapes come only from this place. Processing follows
the traditional line but is implemented according to the canons of the best
oenological technique, which ensures the maximum qualitative expression.
Production of wines using only raw material that is personally
followed throughout the cycle, in the countryside and in the cellar.
The grapes are all harvested manually, respecting the moment
optimal maturation. The vinification is carried out by holding
separate the different games, which are assembled in the
sparkling wine, seeking the best balance.
