The vineyards are managed following the criteria of integrated defense,
finalized to the reduction of the environmental impact of the crop.
About half of the farm area is made up of woods.
Organic fertilization is carried out using residual materials
processing (stalks and pomace) and pruning and cutting wood
of the forest, composted. This is in order to preserve the organic
substance of the land, limiting the need for extra-farm fertilizers.
The company has a photovoltaic system which ensures
energy autonomy even in the most demanding phases.
